You can control how listings sort in your search results.
Listings are sorted based on the sort options set up in your Agent Preferences form under "Searching Defaults" (and you can change these at any time).*
If you want to change how listings sort for a particular search, pull down the Sort By fields under "Display Options" (at the bottom of the search criteria page) and select the desired options.
TIP: Reports that you create keep the same sort order that you set up when selecting the listings.
*Note: Prospect searches, saved searches and the carts retain whichever sort options you choose.
