Changing your agent preferences

To access your Agent Preferences, choose Your Preferences from the Admin pull-down menu. Preferences are organized into tabs (similar to file folders), which can be expanded and collapsed using the plus and minus symbols located on each tab.

To modify your preferences, expand the appropriate tab to display the fields within that tab. Then change the options in the desired fields and click Submit. Any changes you make will take effect immediately, and apply until you change them again.

Preferences with check boxes - A check in the box indicates "yes," you do want that item to apply; an unchecked box indicates "no."

TIP: If you need detailed information on how to use a particular agent preference, you can click the Help icon next to the field and read a pop-up description.
