Running a CMA report

To run any report (including a Comparative Market Analysis report), you must first search for listings and select the listings you want to include in your report.

To run a CMA report

  1. Choose whichever search is appropriate from the tan Search bar, enter your selection criteria (be sure to select the appropriate statuses), and then click Submit to begin the search.

  2. In the search results, check the box to the right of each listing you want to include on your report (or click the Check All option at the bottom of the page to select all the listings).

  3. Next, click the Reports button. Select "CMA" from the report pull-down list, then click Submit to run the report.

NOTE: The CMA report can also be run from the Listing Cart, Prospect Cart, or the Hotsheet results page.

TIP: Another type of CMA report that may be available is the Adjustable CMA. (See "Adjustable CMA report")
