The Statistics button, located on every search criteria page and Additional Criteria page, lets you view statistics based on your search criteria. You can include any criteria, including amenities, and then calculate statistics for the listings that match. Statistics can be viewed in a variety of formats including pie charts and bar graphs.
The first page of statistics contains summary figures, such as the number of listings included, and the minimum/average/maximum square feet, bedrooms, bathrooms, list price, sold price, and days on market.
To see more detailed information, pull down the Statistical Format field to select a report, then click Submit.
