View the multimedia demo entitled "Spotlight on Map Search" for a quick overview of this feature. From the Admin pull-down menu, choose Feature Spotlights, then select Map Search.The Map Search lets you search for listings based on their location on a map.
To search: You do not need to know map coordinates to use this search; simply click and drag your mouse pointer on the graphical map to fix your search area. If desired, you can use the zoom in/out buttons to see larger or smaller sections of the map. Clicking in the blue map border moves the map view in that direction.
You may also enter other criteria for your search. If you type an address, the map centers on that address and marks the location with a pin.
After you have entered all your desired criteria, click Submit to go directly to your search results, or click Additional Criteria to select more criteria. The Map Search results contain all listings located within your map selection that also meet your other criteria.
