To run any report (including a Comparative Market Analysis report), you must first search for listings and select the listings you want to include in your report.
To run a CMA report
Choose a listing search from the Search pull-down menu, enter your selection criteria (be sure to select the appropriate statuses), and then click Submit to begin the search.
In the search results, check the box to the right of each listing you want to include on your report (or click the Check All option at the bottom of the page to select all the listings).
Next, click the CMA button. Select the desired report from the CMA Options pull-down list, then click Submit to run the report. (Note: The "CMA Package" option lets you create an adjustable CMA and/or an entire presentation package. See Creating a CMA Package for details.)
NOTE: CMA reports can also be run from the Listing Cart, Prospect Cart, or the Hotsheet results page.
