Using the search results page buttons

The buttons on the search results page (and other pages, such as the Hotsheet results) let you choose what to do with listings that you have selected. Whatever button you choose will apply only to those listings that have a check in the box on the far right.

CMA -- Click this button to create a CMA report of the selected listings. From the pull-down list, choose either a CMA report or the CMA Package.

Reports -- Click this button to run a report of the selected listings. Choose which type of report you want to create from the pull-down list. (Note: CMA reports are available only by clicking the CMA button.)

Exports -- Click this button to export the selected listings. Choose the type of export you want from the pull-down list.

E-mail -- Click this button if you want to send an e-mail message about the selected listings. (For more information, see How can I e-mail a report to someone?)

Map -- Click this button to view selected listings located on a single map.

Add to Cart -- Click this button to add the selected listings to the Listing Cart and display the cart.

Add to Prospect -- Before you click this button, select the appropriate prospect name from the Prospect pull-down list. Then click this button to add the selected listings to the Prospect Cart's Saved tab and display the cart.

Delete Unchecked -- Click this button if you want to remove all unchecked (unselected) listings from the display.
