Using the search criteria page

A search criteria page enables you to define specific values that you are searching for. You can specify values in any number of criteria fields, and then click Submit to start the search.

Property Type -- Select the property type(s) you want to search.

Sale/Lease -- If your MLS uses transaction types: You can select Lease to search for lease properties if desired; otherwise Sale is selected.

Property Subtypes -- If you selected only one property type, property subtypes display automatically (if any are set up for that property type). You can select one or more subtypes, or leave blank to include all.

Amenities -- To include amenities as search criteria, you must select only one property type, then click the Additional Criteria button.

Buttons -- When you are finished entering criteria, click Submit to view your search results.

Or, to preview how many listings your search will include, click Preview Count.

Or, click the Additional Criteria button if you also want to specify amenities for your search.

Or, click the Export button if you want to export all listings matching your criteria for download.

Or, click the Statistics button to see statistical information, rather than actual listings, based on your search criteria.

Save -- If you want to save your search criteria, type in a name for the search and click the Save button. Then to view the search results, click "Run Search."

Search Results Options -- The gray shaded box at the bottom of the page lets you change how the results will display, if desired. You can specify up to three levels of sorting, and a format. (NOTE: These fields default based on your Agent Preferences form.) If desired, you can select the option to "Include only listings with pictures."
