You can control how listings sort in your search results. You can specify up to three levels of sorting.
Listings are sorted based on the sort options set up in your Agent Preferences form under "Sorting" (and you can change these at any time).*
If you want to change how listings sort for a particular search, pull down the Sort By fields under "Search Results Options" (at the bottom of the search criteria page) and select the desired options.
TIP: Reports that you create from the search results page keep the same sort order as the search results.
*NOTE: Prospect searches and saved searches retain whichever sort options you choose.
