In order to view and print PDF reports, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.05 or higher installed on your computer. This software is available free of charge, and may be downloaded from Adobe's Web site at http://www.adobe.com.

Additionally, PDF reports open in a separate browser window when you generate them. If your PDF report does not display or opens then quickly closes, you may have a program installed on your computer that is designed to prevent additional browser windows from launching.
These programs, known as pop-up killers, can be disabled or removed from your computer to solve the problem. You can consult the program's help system on user guide for further instructions.
NOTE: Occasionally reports will display in a browser window behind the browser window you are currently viewing. To view your other browser windows, locate your Windows Task Bar (typically at the bottom of your screen) and click on each browser window icon to open them.
