Viewing your prospect list

To view your prospect list, choose Prospects from the Home page or the blue shortcut bar. From your prospect list, you can:

Create New Prospects:  Displays the Create New Prospect page where you can enter a prospect's contact information and enable auto-prospecting features.

Manage Newly Matched:   Used to view and manage all of your prospects' newly matched listings in one place.

Prospect Report:  Generates a list of all of your prospects in PDF format so it can be printed or saved to a disk.

Create Address Labels:  Displays the Prospect Address Labels page where you can select prospects and create mailing labels for them.

For each prospect that displays you can:

Edit a prospects' information and auto-prospecting options by clicking the prospect's name.

View the listings in a prospect's cart by clicking one of the three numbers representing the prospect's Newly Matched, Saved, or Rejected tabs.

Revise the prospect's search criteria.

Run the prospect's search manually against all listings in the MLS.

Send e-mail to the prospect by clicking the prospect's e-mail address (if available).

Delete the prospect by clicking the Delete link next to the prospect's information (in the right-hand column).

Show/Hide Inactive Prospects by clicking the corresponding link.

Sort your list of prospects by Name, Buyer/Seller, Prospect Code, or Inactivation date.
