You can create new prospects on-the-fly from any search criteria or results page.
To create a prospect from a search -- Fill in your desired criteria, including Additional Criteria such as amenities if desired (if only one property type is selected). Before submitting the search, locate the following field near the bottom left corner of the page:
Click Prospect to select it. Then, type in a new prospect's name (up to 20 characters) and click the Save button. The Prospect Information page displays where you can enter contact information for your new prospect. After entering the additional information, click Submit, and your prospect is saved.
