The following highlights enhancements installed on this date: | |
Saved Searches Menu Improved The pull-down menu has been improved so that if you have a large number of saved searches, you can click a “More” link at the bottom of the Saved Searches submenu. This opens a new window showing all your remaining saved searches, and you can simply click on a name to launch the search. TIP: You can control the order your saved searches display using the Manage Saved Searches form, and sort your most frequently used searches to the top of the list. |
Custom Exports as Reports You can now print a report using any of your custom export setups right from the Report Options page. When you select listings and click the Reports button, in addition to the regular report choices, the form now also displays all of your “Custom Exports as Reports” so you can easily print them. Previously this option was available only from the Exports button, so this enhancement makes the report option more convenient. TIP: If you have not yet set up a custom export, you can do so by choosing Custom Export Setup from the Admin pull-down menu. |
Contact MLS Support Page Revised When you choose “Contact MLS Support” from the Help pull-down menu, an improved form now displays. The e-mail fields have been slightly rearranged in order to shorten the form and eliminate scrolling. Phone support information shows more prominently, as well. |

Feature Spotlights More Accessible The MLS offers multimedia “Feature Spotlights” that give viewers a quick overview of highlighted software features. To make these more available, links have been added to related pages. For instance, from the Manage Saved Searches page, you can click an animated movie camera icon to launch the “Spotlight on Saved Searches.” In addition, on the Home page a new animated graphic appears in the upper right corner; clicking this reveals the full menu of available titles. These changes should make this resource more accessible to users, so they can learn more about the many MLS software tools. |
