You can save an unlimited number of searches (of all types, including Hotsheets), and access them conveniently from the navigation bar. (On the Search pull-down menu, point to Saved Searches or Saved Hotsheets and then select the desired name.)
To save a search - Select the type of search you want to use from the Search pull-down menu. Fill in your desired criteria. You can also specify amenities by clicking the Additional Criteria button (if only one property type is selected). Before starting the search, or after viewing the results, locate the blue shaded “Save” section at the bottom of the page.
Type a name for the search (up to 20 characters) and click the Save button to save your search criteria.
TIP: View the multimedia demo entitled "Spotlight on Saved Searches" for a quick overview of this feature. From the Admin pull-down menu, choose Feature Spotlights, then select Saved Searches.
