If you have the appropriate access rights, you can modify listings for which you are not the listing agent or co-agent.
If you are the broker -- To make a change to one of your office's listings, from the Admin pull-down menu, choose Office, then select View/Revise Office Listings. Choose the appropriate office (if applicable). All of the office's active listings display. If you need to access listings that are not active, pull down the Status options, select the appropriate status, and click Submit.
Below the appropriate listing number, click Revise to access the Revise Listing menu.
If you need to modify another agent's listing -- If you have the proper access rights, you can change the status of someone else's listing as follows. From the Listings pull-down menu, choose Quick Change. Enter some criteria and click Submit. Click the appropriate listing number to access the Revise Listing menu.
From the Revise Listing menu, click either Listing Information or Status Information, depending on what information needs to be changed.
