Your access rights determine which items are available on the menus. If you do not have the access rights required for a feature, then the menu item related to that feature does not display.
Brokers can modify the access rights of the agents for whom they are responsible. A broker's access rights can be modified only by an MLS staff member. Brokers cannot assign any access right that they do not personally have.
Agents cannot modify their own access rights. If you are an agent and would like to request a change to your access rights, please contact your broker.
To change an agent's access rights: From the Admin pull-down menu, choose Office Menu, and select the appropriate office (if applicable). From the Office menu choose Manage Member Access. When the list of agents in the office displays, click the name of the member you want to modify. Make any changes necessary (a checked box indicates that the access right is assigned), then click Submit.
