If you are having a problem with an MLS page displaying incorrectly, or giving you a "Page cannot be displayed" error message, you may be able to resolve it by clearing your cache. Your browser's cache is a temporary storage area on your hard disk where frequently or recently visited Web pages are stored, so that they do not have to be re-downloaded the next time you visit them. This can speed up the load time for the Web pages; but it can cause your browser to incorrectly display an old version of a page.
To delete your browser's cache:
Open Internet Explorer and from the menu bar choose Tools, Internet Options. When the dialog box opens, click the General tab (if necessary) and then click the Delete Files button. In the dialog box that opens, click OK. Then click OK on the Internet Options window to close it.
