Once listings are in your prospect's cart, you can:
View listing detail - Click a listing number to see the listing detail page. Once there, you can use the navigation buttons at the top to view the other listings from that tab of your prospect's cart.
View listing picture - Click the camera icon to see the primary listing picture (if available on the current display option).
Sort the listings - Change the sort order of listings in the cart by selecting your desired sort options in the Display Options box near the bottom, then clicking Redisplay Page. Or, you can activate Sort as Selected to put listings in the order you select them.
Empty the tab - To remove all listings from the current tab, click the Empty Tab link near the top of the page.
Run a report - Select the listings you want to include in a report (using the check boxes in the right-hand column). Then click the Reports button, select the report you want to print, and click Submit.
E-mail listings to the prospect - First select the listings you want to include (using the check boxes in the right-hand column), then click the E-mail button. An envelope icon will display in the cart next to each listing you have e-mailed to the prospect, for your reference.
Export the listings - Select the listings you want to export (using the check boxes in the right-hand column). Then click the Exports button, select the type of export, and click Submit.
Map the listings - Create a map that plots multiple listings. First select the desired listings (using the check boxes in the right-hand column), then click the Map button.
Enter showing dates & comments - Enter Dates & Comments to help track the listings you have shown the prospect, by clicking the "Comments" link below each listing.
Delete listings from the cart - To remove listings, first make sure all listings are selected EXCEPT for the ones you want to delete. Then click Delete Unchecked.
IMPORTANT: If you have auto-prospecting set up for the prospect, you should NOT delete listings from the cart, since they may be added to Newly Matched again if they still match your prospect's criteria. Instead, move unwanted listings to the Rejected tab. To do this, click in the Rejected check box in the left-hand column, then click the "Move Listings" link. Thereafter, auto-prospecting will still e-mail those listings when they are modified, since the change may make the property desirable; however, the agent's auto-prospecting e-mail message will indicate they are "Rejected."
If listings are in the Newly Matched tab, move them to one of the other tabs by checking either Save or Reject in the left-hand column next to each listing. Then click "Move Listings."
NOTE: You can keep listings in a cart indefinitely. The software automatically updates them anytime a change is made to their status, price, etc., so the listing data is always up-to-date.
