You can print a report or address labels for some or all of your contacts.
To print a list of your contacts
Choose Contacts/Prospects from the Contacts pull-down menu.
All the contacts in the first contact group display by default. Depending on which contacts you want to include in your report, you may click a different group (from the list on the left), or click "All Active" to display all your active contacts and prospects.
Select the contacts you want to include, using the check boxes on the far right. (Tip: Click the check box at the top of the column to automatically check all visible contacts.)
In the bottom right corner of the page, choose Report Option: Contact Report, and click the Go button. (Or, choose Address Labels, if desired.)
Your report displays in a separate window in PDF format.
