Instructing clients on how to look up your listings

If your MLS offers a public view of listing data: You can tell clients how to look up your listings on the Internet, and see the public view.

First tell them the Web address (URL) for your MLS. From the MLS Web page, they can click the button labeled "Find a RealtorĀ®" or "Find an Agent" (based on your MLS's design), type in your name and click Submit. Then they can click your name to view your agent information. The "See My Listings" link will let them see all of your active listings.

Alternately, you can attach a link to your own Web site: If available in your MLS, choose Public Access Links from the Admin menu. Locate the heading "Hyperlink to 'See My Listings'" and click "Copy Link to Clipboard." From there you can paste the appropriate URL to a button, text link or graphic on your Web site, enabling visitors to view a dynamic list of your on-market listings.
