Use the Report Option field to choose the type of report you want to generate.

Un-check Include Pictures if you do not want pictures to be included with your report. You may not want pictures included if you want the report to load faster or if you want to print the report, but your printer doesn't print pictures well. This option defaults to the value selected in your Agent Preferences.
