If your MLS has installed this feature: You can enter mortgage information on listings by selecting Mortgage Loans on the Revise Listing menu. To do this when you finish entering a listing, click Mortgage Loans; or later, from the Listings pull-down menu, choose View/Revise Your Listings. Below the appropriate listing number, click Revise, and then choose Mortgage Loans.
NOTE: The ability to enter mortgage information is based on access rights. If you do not see the menu item Mortgage Loans, then you have not been assigned the corresponding access right. For more information or to request this access right, contact your broker.
