To change the status of your listing -- If you are the listing agent or co-agent, from the Listings pull-down menu, choose View/Revise Your Listings. All your active listings display. If you need to access listings that are not active, pull down the Status options, select the appropriate status, and click Submit.
Below the listing number you want to change, click Revise. From the Revise Listing menu, choose Status Information. Select the new status from the pull-down options and complete any other required fields, then click Submit.
To change the status of another agent's listing -- If you have the proper access rights, you can change the status of someone else's listing. See Modifying another agent's listing for more information.
IMPORTANT: To change a status to contingent, pending or sold, you must use the Revise Status Information Form. (For details, see Entering sold information)
