Reports may display in two different formats: PDF and HTML. Depending on your MLS's setup, various reports may be available in one or both of these formats. Format options display below the Reports pull-down field.
PDF -- PDF (Portable Document Format) reports open in Adobe Acrobat Reader, ready to save or print. This is a standard procedure used on many Internet sites for displaying documents. It requires that Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.05 or higher be installed on your computer. This software is available free of charge, and may be downloaded from Adobe's Web site at http://www.adobe.com.

HTML -- Some MLS reports are available in HTML format, and these open directly in the browser window, just as other pages display in the MLS. No additional software is needed to view them. However, they cannot be saved or easily printed.
