You can print a report or address labels for some or all of your contacts.
To print a list of your contacts
Choose Contacts from the Contacts pull-down menu.
All the contacts in the first group display by default. Depending on which contacts you want to include in your report, either click a different group (from the list on the left), or click "All Active" to display all your active contacts and prospects.
Select the contacts you want to include, using the check boxes on the far right. (Tip: Click the Check All button to include all visible contacts.)
In the bottom right corner of the page, choose Report Option: Contact Report, and click the Go button.
Your report displays in a separate window in PDF format.
