Changing your agent preferences

To access your Agent Preferences, choose Your Preferences from the Admin pull-down menu. To modify your preferences, change the desired fields on this form and then click Submit. Any changes you make will take effect immediately, and apply until you change them again.

For preferences with check boxes, a check in the box indicates "yes," you do want that item to apply; an unchecked box indicates "no."
