Once you add listings to the Listing Cart, you can:
View listing detail -- Click a listing number to see the detail for that listing.
Sort the listings -- Change the sort order of listings in the cart by selecting your desired sort options in the shaded box near the bottom, then clicking Refresh.
Run a report -- Select the listings you want to include in a report using the check boxes in the right-hand column. Then click the Reports button, select the report you want to print, and click Submit.
Export the listings -- Select the listings you want to export (using the check boxes in the right-hand column). Then click the Exports button, select the type of export, and click Submit.
Map the listings -- Create a map that plots multiple listings. First, select the listings you want in the cart, then click the Map button.
E-mail the selected listings to someone -- Select the listings you want to include and click the E-mail button. Then select a report option, and click Submit. Next, fill in the E-mail Listings form and click the Send E-mail button.
Add listings to a prospect's cart -- Select the listings you want to show your prospect. In the Prospect pull-down field, select the desired prospect, then click Add to Prospect.
Remove listings from the cart -- To remove unwanted listings, first make sure all listings are selected EXCEPT for the ones you want to delete. Then click Delete Unchecked. Or, you can click Empty Cart if you want to remove ALL listings from the cart.
NOTE: Listings stay in the Listing Cart indefinitely if the agent preference "Empty Cart at Login" is not selected (see How do I change my agent preferences? for more information). The system automatically updates listings in the cart anytime a change is made to their status, price, etc., so the listing data is always up-to-date.
