Attaching a document to a listing

You can attach a document such as a disclosure statement to a listing, and the document will be viewable from the listing's detail page.

To attach a document -- Choose Listings from the Home page or the blue shortcut bar, then choose View/Revise Your Listings. All of your active listings display. (If you need to access listings that are not active, pull down the Status options, select the appropriate status, and click Submit.)

Below the desired listing number, click Revise. Then:

  1. In the Revise Listing menu, under Other, click Attach External Document.

  2. Choose the type of document, then click Submit.

  3. When the fax cover page displays, click the Print button in the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar at the top of the window:

  4. Fax this cover page, followed immediately by your document, to the toll-free fax number indicated on the cover page.

You can attach multiple documents (each of a different type) to a listing. To attach another document, follow the numbered steps again.
